The new Helvia range of pendant speakers combines a clean, elegant design with coaxial technology and installation versatility, available in four configurations from 40 to 60 W, with black or white finishes.
There are many ceiling speaker options on the market, but the real challenge for an audio system that needs to integrate into its surroundings while providing adequate power arises when working at significant heights, in particularly high ceilings, large-volume spaces or industrial architecture. In these environments, speaker selection involves not only design, but also acoustic performance and directivity.
This is precisely where GLOBE-X comes in: Helvia’s new range of speakers, designed for open-ceiling installations in environments such as warehouses, commercial spaces, industrial facilities and buildings with vaulted or particularly high ceilings.

The range is built around an extremely clean concept: a suspended speaker with a minimalist design, conceived to become part of the architecture without visually weighing it down. This is particularly relevant in environments where the audio system needs to remain clearly visible while maintaining a neat and well-designed appearance.
Behind this aesthetic approach lies an equally precise acoustic solution. GLOBE-X speakers feature a two-way coaxial woofer, with the tweeter and woofer arranged concentrically. This configuration provides a compact sound source and more consistent frequency distribution. The result is a speaker designed not simply to provide sound reinforcement in large spaces, but to do so while maintaining particular attention to sound quality and intelligibility.

The range comprises two different sizes and power ratings. The model featuring a 5.25" coaxial woofer provides 40 W of power, while the version with a 6.5" woofer reaches 60 W. Both configurations are available in black or white finishes, allowing them to integrate more easily into different architectural and design environments.
Another feature that significantly expands the versatility of the range is the possibility of using GLOBE-X speakers in both low-impedance configurations and on 70 V/100 V lines, thanks to the integrated transformer. This makes the speakers suitable for a wide variety of distributed sound systems, from commercial and hospitality installations to larger-scale professional applications.
Ceiling suspension is the natural configuration for GLOBE-X, but Helvia has also provided a solution for applications requiring wall mounting. A dedicated Wall Mount Kit is available for all four models as an optional accessory, sold separately, and is designed to convert the speaker into a solution that can also be installed on vertical surfaces.

The bracket is not simply a support element: it allows vertical orientation to be adjusted through a geared mechanism, while horizontal adjustment can be set according to the position of the four screws used to secure the base. A simple yet effective solution, particularly useful when the sound field needs to be precisely directed towards the coverage area.
With GLOBE-X, Helvia brings an approach to the pendant speaker category that places acoustics, design and installation flexibility on the same level. Four models, two sizes, two power ratings and two finishes make it possible to configure the most suitable solution for the characteristics of the environment, while maintaining a consistent aesthetic identity throughout the project.

A proposition designed for installations where the speaker is not simply a technical element, but becomes an integral part of the space: visible, elegant and engineered to deliver quality sound reproduction even when the architecture requires the system to operate several metres from the listening position.
